1. Prices
Prices of Wash-Bike products are inclusive of VAT and subject to change at any time without prior notice from us.
2. Payment Terms
By credit card directly from the site, through the PayPal system
by bank transfer
COD (add € 8.00 for each shipment)
3. Shipping / Transportation
The cost for transportation is € 8.00 EUR including VAT, throughout Italy.
Delivery is free from 60 euro including VAT.
The goods travel for account and risk of the buyer, so the selling company is not responsible for deterioration, damage, delays, fines or other interference and damages of any kind that may occur during transport.
It is up to the buyer to make the necessary checks of the goods and file a complaint against the carrier directly upon receipt by affixing a specific and detailed written reservation on the courier waybill.
4. Delivery
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving the order confirmation and payment received.
For delivery we use the GLS courier.
The delivery times of 24/48 h, are indicative and not binding whereby in each case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances will not accept liability for late delivery.
5. Right to be made
You can avail yourself of this right within 7 days of receipt of goods by sending written notice to the following e-mail address info@wash-bike.com will be on hand to arrange the return, refund or replacement.
The shipping costs for the return are for the buyer.
The essential integrity of the goods in their original packaging is a prerequisite for the exercise of the option of withdrawal.
